Okay, so I kinda have a gameplan for this...'journey'. Every day I will make a note of everything I eat and the calorie content therein, as well as tracking thoughts and tips and ideas and recipes and such. Whether it tastes good, bad, easy to cook, blah blah blah. I'm trying to be helpful, yah?
Also I will track different exercise plans, activities, ideas...real world things, videos, reviews, et cetera. I guess I am just being a little vague because I am kinda flying by the seat of my pants. So....let's go!

(okay, so I'm not that creative going into this. Bear with me.)

2 zesty garlic pickles - 10 cals (!!)
8 ounces, 1 cup Snapple Fruit Punch - 110 cals
TOTAL ~ 350 cals
Dinner: Barbeque Pork Chops with Yellow Corn and Ceasar Salad
(See, it got better!)
Pork Chop, ~4 ounces - 130 cals
2 tablespoons barbeque sauce - 50 cals
3 leaves Romaine lettuce - 3 cals (!!)
1 tablespoon ceasar dressing - 75 cals
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese - 10 cals (!!)
1/2 cup yellow corn, frozen - 66 cals
1 cup Hawaiin Punch Orange juice drink - 80 cals
TOTAL ~ 414 cals
Late Night Snack: Triscuits, Cheddar Cheese, Red Grapes, Banana
(I understand late night eating is bad, it's a scheduling issue most nights and I don't eat breakfast.)
1/2 banana - 55 cals
6 Black Pepper and Olive Oil Triscuit crackers - 120 cals
2 ounces cheddar cheese - 220 cals
10 grapes - 34 cals
24 ounces, 3 cups lemon ice water - 0 cals (!!)
TOTAL ~ 429 cals
GRAND TOTAL ~1193 cals
57 cals under target.

Badminton, 18 minutes - 122 cals
Walking, 2mph for 15 minutes - 84 cals
Average Calories Burned Metabolically - 2000 cals
TOTAL ~ 2206 cals
Total Caloric Intake = -1013 cals
